PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize rice hulls and rice bran as fuel, generated in large quantities as a by-product of rice cultivation. SOLUTION: To solve such a problem that although the rice hulls and rice bran burn as they are, the handling thereof is troublesome and also the rice hulls generate a specific odor when burned, the rice hulls are mixed with the rice bran and solidified, so that the handling becomes easier and also combustion efficiency is enhanced.
