PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk type steam trap capable of increasing pressure in an annular groove and pressure in an outlet passage in a short time, when opening a valve. SOLUTION: A lid member 5 is attached to a body 3 having an inlet 1 and an outlet 2, via a valve seat member 4, and a variable pressure chamber 6 is formed thereby between the valve seat member 4 and the lid member 5. A valve disk 9 is arranged in the variable pressure chamber 6. The valve seat member 4 includes an inlet passage 15 with the valve seat member 4 opened to the center of the variable pressure chamber 6 and communicated from an inlet 1 side, the annular groove 16 opened to an outer circumference of the inlet passage 15, an inner ring valve seat 7 formed between the inlet passage 15 and the annular groove 16, an outer ring valve seat 8 formed in an outer circumference of the annular groove 16, the outlet passage 17 with one end opened to the annular groove 16 and with the other end opened to the outlet 2, and a communication hole 19 with a fluid passage area smaller than a fluid passage area of the outlet passage 17 and provided in an opening end to the outlet 2 of the outlet passage 17.
