A sterilising apparatus for sterilising a feeding bottle assembly for a baby, the feeding bottle assembly comprising a feeding bottle, a top end and a base end, the top end having an open neck; the sterilising apparatus comprising a housing which is adapted to attach to and sit on the top end of the bottle, an ultraviolet (UV) light source on the housing which extends into the bottle for UV sterilisation of the bottle when the housing is attached to the bottle, and a switch which automatically switches on the UV light source when the sterilising apparatus is attached to the bottle. |
