PURPOSE: An integrated system and a method for detecting a leakage current in a load line of a streetlight are provided to detect a leakage point regardless of the earth materials. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(150) receives the kind of earth materials. An output voltage control unit(160) applies a first output voltage or second output voltage to a leakage line according to the kind of the earth materials. A battery(170) supplies power to an output unit. A remaining capacity calculating unit(180) calculates the state of charge of the battery. A main control unit(140) displays the state of charge of the battery.
