<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent destruction of the piezoelectric elements due to water absorption by housing piezoelectric elements in enclosed spaces. <P>SOLUTION: In a fluid injection device 100, the capacity of a fluid chamber is reduced by a diaphragm so that fluid is injected in a pulsatile manner. In the fluid injection device 100, a first unit 11, a second unit 12, and a spacer 60 interposed between the first unit 11 and the second unit 12 are integrally piled so that the fluid chamber 65, an inlet flow channel 31 communicating with the fluid chamber 65, and an outlet flow channel 32 are defined. A fluid injection part 10 constructed in such a manner is communicated with a tube 20. The piezoelectric elements 51 and 52 are joined with the diaphragms 41 and 42, respectively, and housed in the enclosed spaces 72 and 82. Connecting wires 16 and 17 are connected with the piezoelectric elements 51 and 52, and the connecting wires 16 and 17 are extended from the enclosed spaces 72 and 82 and inserted through the tube 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
