<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make environmental characteristics inside a store to be in a required target state. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of information display devices are arranged in spaces in the store, and the device is equipped with the environmental characteristics collecting part for collecting the environmental characteristics information with respect to the ambient environment characteristics. The environmental characteristics information collected by the information display device is transmitted to a server for the external device.
