<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive unit for capacitive elements capable of stabilizing the voltage of signals applied to the capacitive elements. <P>SOLUTION: The drive unit for capacitive elements includes: a signal generation circuit 2 for generating an AC signal; amplifier circuits 4, 5 for amplifying the AC signal generated by the signal generating circuit and applying it to the capacitive element 6; and feedback circuits 7, 8 for feeding back one portion of the AC signal applied to the capacitive element to the amplifier circuits for input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
