PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyacetal resin composition with low specific gravity and less ash content also provided with excellent rigidity, heat conductivity, sliding property and vibration-proofing property. SOLUTION: The cellulose fiber-reinforced polyacetal resin composition containing (b) 10-150 pts.wt. of a defibrated cellulose fiber, (c) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of a hindered phenol based antioxidant, and (d) 0.01-3 pts.wt. of at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from aminotriazine compounds, guanamine compounds, hydrazide compounds and polyamides based on (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polyacetal resin.
