PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for reducing a frequency at which an operation stops temporarily for collection work of paper money when one storage becomes full. SOLUTION: If a display operation unit 15 receives an input indicating that a storage 8d among storages 8a to 8d is to be used as an all-denomination-currency storage for storing all the denominations of the paper money thrown during payment transaction processing, the paper money is stored in the storage 8d in storing the paper money thrown in a paper money receiving unit 2 during the payment transaction processing when the paper money should be stored in the storage 8a on the basis of its denomination, but the target storage 8a is already full.
