PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently determine whether there is a record exceeding an expiration date, and to quickly retrieve an expired record without checking all records to be managed such as attribute information. SOLUTION: When a retrieval means retrieves an expired record, a determination means determines whether the expiration date included in page information is reached or not. When an expired record is retrieved by the retrieval means, a first control means makes the determination means determine the expiration date included in the predetermined page information stored as a tree structure. When it is not determined that the expiration date included in the predetermined page information is reached, a second control means causes the retrieval means to end the retrieval of the expired record. On the other hand, when it is determined that the expiration date included in the predetermined page information is reached, the second control means causes the determination means to determine whether or not the expiration exceeds the slave page information of the predetermined page information is reached.
