PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isocyanuric ring-containing polysiloxane with terminal hydrogen suitably used for a sealing agent for an optical semiconductor, etc. SOLUTION: An organohydrogenpolysiloxane having an isocyanuric ring and at least two terminal hydrogen siloxy groups represented by formula (1) is provided, wherein X is each independently a monovalent organic group free from an unsaturated bond, R is each independently methyl or phenyl, n is an integer of 1-50, m is an integer of 0-5, and P is an integer of 1-10.
