A method for sending packet data includes: receiving the packet data from a source terminal, wherein the packet data includes the ID of the destination terminal; searching whether there is a path to the destination terminal in a routing cache table; if finding there is the path to the destination terminal, implementing the interface selection; transferring the packet data through the selected interface according to the searched path. Another two methods for sending packet data are corresponding to the above method for sending packet data, and a terminal and a base station are corresponding to the method for sending packet data. Link process can be implemented in the terminal by using the invention.
