A DC loading back device without mechanical connection of shafts comprises a power convertor connected via a current sensor to with armature circuits of a test machine and a compensating machine, voltages of which are controlled by sensors, controlled convertors are connected via current sensors to excitation windings, speed sensors. Additionally, the device comprises controlled transistor convertors, the device is provided with an analog-to-digital convertor, a microcontroller, a digital-to-analog-convertor. Inputs of analog-to-digital convertor are connected to current sensors of the power convertor, armature voltage, speed of the test machine, current of the compensating machine, excitation current of the compensating machine, current of the test machine. Outputs of the digital -to- analog convertor are connected to a control input of the power convertor, to input of the collector of network circuit of the power convertor, to control input of the controlled convertor of the test machine, to input of collector of the armature circuit of the compensating machine. Microcontroller inputs are connected to outputs of the analog-to-digital convertor and a computer, microcontroller outputs are connected to inputs of the analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog-convertors. |
