PURPOSE: A stealth apparatus and a using method thereof are provided to reduce aerodynamic restriction in comparison with a from changing method of a platform by reflecting a radar signal of the other in a wanted direction. CONSTITUTION: A direction detecting block(110) detects the incident angle and frequency of a received radar signal. A beam steering block(120) reflects the radar signal of the other in a direction to be hidden from the other radar device by using an MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) device in reference to the frequency and incident angle detected by the direction detecting block.
