<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve operability. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processor, map information is scrolled while changing a level of detail of the map information displayed on a map screen 20 according to user operation when determining that the user operation starts with the inside of a circular translucent cursor display area MR, and performs either changing the level of detail of the map information or scrolling the map information according to the user operation when determining that the user operation starts with the outside of the circular translucent cursor display area MR.
