PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an internal combustion engine, improving control accuracy of fuel correction by correcting the amount of fuel to be injected to an optimum value corresponding to an alcohol concentration even if the internal combustion engine is in an operating range in which feedback control can not be performed. SOLUTION: In this control device, the operating range of the internal combustion engine (engine) is divided into a plurality of ranges, and also one of the plurality of ranges is set as a reference range (S14). A ratio between a feedback correction factor calculated when the operation of the internal combustion engine is in the reference range and a feedback correction factor calculated when the operation of the internal combustion engine is in a range other than the reference range is calculated and stored as a machine difference correction factor (S16). Meanwhile, an alcohol concentration correction factor is calculated based on the feedback correction factor, modified using the machine difference correction factor, and stored (S16, S18). When the internal combustion engine is in the operating range in which the feedback control can not be performed, the amount of fuel to be injected Tout is corrected using the modified alcohol concentration correction factor.
