<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of exhibiting a cooling effect according to various sheet-like members, and coping with miniaturization and the increase of the speed. <P>SOLUTION: The cooling device includes: a conveying means conveying the sheet-like member; and a cooling member 31 having a cooling liquid flow path 30, in which cooling liquid flows, and coming into contact with the sheet-like member to cool the sheet-like member.
