PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction cell having excellent reliability, capable of reducing adhesion of bubbles, and preventing mutual contamination of a sample or a reagent between adjacent reaction cells; and to provide a method for manufacturing the reaction cell and an automatic analyzer loaded with the reaction cell. SOLUTION: This automatic analyzer includes a plurality of reaction cells, a means for supplying a sample from an opening part on an upper part of a reaction vessel, a reagent container for accumulating a plurality of kinds of reagents respectively exclusively, a reagent supply means for supplying a prescribed amount of reagent from the reagent container from the opening part on the upper part of the reaction vessel, and a means for measuring a property of the sample in the reaction vessel in the middle of a reaction or in the state where the reaction is finished. In the analyzer, the reaction cell made of a transparent resin, having an inner wall surface comprising a hydrophilic portion and a hydrophobic portion is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
