PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a rotation angle detection device capable of smoothly rotating a driving gear and driven gears at a low torque, reducing the breakage of teeth of the each gear and making the number of components less. SOLUTION: The rotation angle detection device 10 is composed of a cover 20 attached from the one side of a holder 30, and a bottom plate 45 of a rotation connector 40 attached from the other side thereof. A space S1 is formed between the holder 30 and the cover 20, and a space S2 is formed between the holder 30 and the bottom plate 45. The driving gear 12 and the driven gears 13, 14 are held between the holder 30 and the cover 20, and the space S1 and S2 are separated by a circuit board 70 being fixed on the holder 30 in the space S2.
