摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper-emission-type organic EL element in which the emission brightness hardly deteriorates with time and to provide an Al-alloy sputtering target used for forming a reflection film constituting an anode layer of the same. SOLUTION: The reflection film for constituting an anode layer of the upper-emission-type organic EL element and the sputtering target used for forming the reflection film are each formed from an Al-alloy having a component composition comprising, by mass, 0.05-0.5% of Ca and 2-6% of Ni as alloy components and the balance being Al with inevitable impurities (but,≤0.01%).
