PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional treatment of cancers, cancer relapse, cardiovascular restoration, cholesterol depression, rheumatism, hypertension, renal diseases, cardiac diseases, myocardial infarction, hepatic diseases, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, leukemia, new influenza and various other refractory diseases usually by surgical operation, radiotherapy, medication treatment, etc., and rejuvenating and antiaging treatment by cosmetic surgery and taking of health food, wherein, under present circumstances, the treating method for refractory diseases such as cancer applies much physical load on a patient and sometimes severe side actions to fail in getting sufficient therapeutic effect, and the cosmetic surgery and the taking of health foods are not necessarily sufficiently effective for the rejuvenating and antiaging treatment. SOLUTION: Prevention and treatment effective for all refractory diseases such as cancers, cancer relapse, cardiovascular restoration, cholesterol depression, rheumatism, hypertension, renal diseases, cardiac diseases, myocardial infarction, hepatic diseases, arteriosclerosis, diabetes, leukemia and new influenza, and rejuvenating and antiaging treatment are more effectively performed by injecting water or an aqueous solution obtained by using a deuterium-decreased water (superlight water, DDWATER(R)) as a raw material into a human body by instillation.
