PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase efficiency for crystallization of a polyester via heat treatment. SOLUTION: A polyester resin composition, for which crystallization is improved, contains a cyclic compound represented by the following formula (wherein ring A and ring B each represents a benzene ring that may be substituted, Y represents -CONH- or -NHCO-, and X represents a heterocyclic group or a condensed heterocyclic group containing one or more NH and one or more CO) and a polyester that can have a crystal structure.
