METHOD FOR PRESERVING FEED FISH MINCE

A method for preserving feed minced fish includes mincing fish wastes, small-sized fish and fish sorted by making food products, prepacking and closing. The minced fish is mixed with electrically activated seawater or an electrically activated solution of sodium chloride 0.3 % with pH 1-2 in an amount of 4-6 % of the mass of minced fish up to achieving the level of pH 3 in the mixture.
