PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device whose size can be made compact. SOLUTION: In the variable winning device, a ball receiving part 10a of a door member 10 includes a projection rib 12 provided with a guide surface 12a for guiding a game ball to a ball path 16 when the door member 10 is opened and a kick-up surface 13 on which an opening/closing operation member 30 can abut when opening the door member 10, and the opening/closing operation member 30 is provided with a pivot part 31 freely turnably pivoted at a housing 7, and an operation part 33 made to face the lower part of the kick-up surface 13 when the door member 10 is in a closed state. By the turning of the opening/closing operation member 30, the kick-up surface 13 is kicked up by the operation part 33 to open the door member 10, and the game ball is guided in the direction of a winning port 18 by the projection rib 12.
