PURPOSE: A hands-free device for a cellular phone of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to freely use a phone call while driving a vehicle with both hands, since a bar automatically moves closely to the driver's ear and mouth. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free device for a cellular phone of a vehicle comprises a cellular phone container, a bar(30), and a switch. A microphone and a speaker are built in a cellular phone container. The cellular phone container comprises a wireless or wire transmitting and receiving circuit. A microphone(32), a speaker(31), an earphone(33), a transmitter-receiver circuit are installed in the bar. The bar is installed on the side of the headrest. The bar transmits and receives signals with the cellular phone container. When the back side switch of the gear-box is operated, the bar rotates toward a driver's ear and mouth for communication available state.
