<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide composite dried noodles having beautiful external appearance and a plurality of colors so as to satisfy the eye and produce a scene of eating. <P>SOLUTION: The composite dried noodles 10 have a plurality of kinds of noodle layers 10a and 10b which have different colors and are formed long in the whole length direction. The new composite dried noodles 10 having a plurality of the noodle layers 10a and 10b are produced by obtaining a plurality of noodle threads having different colors depending on differences of a coloring matter or a food material, putting the noodle threads together to bundle and unify, rolling and molding the product to be a noodle thread of a desired thickness, and extending and drying the noodle thread 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
