HALF CELL FOR SOLID-OXIDE FUEL CELL, SOLID-OXIDE FUEL CELL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HALF CELL FOR SOLID-OXIDE FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a half cell for a solid-oxide fuel cell that prevents an output decrease at low cost; a solid-oxide fuel cell; and a method for manufacturing a half cell for a solid-oxide fuel cell.

SOLUTION: An aluminum oxide is added into a fuel electrode 12, thereby preventing the diffusion of a nickel from the fuel electrode 12 when it is sintered. As a result, a nickel concentration at the surface of the fuel electrode 12 is kept equal with a nickel concentration in the bulk, so that an increase in the contact resistance of a single cell is inhibited to improve the output characteristics of the single cell. In addition, the use of an inexpensive baking plate made of alumina becomes possible, and a spacer sheet preventing the baking-caused fusion of the baking plate and the fuel electrode 12 becomes unnecessary. Hence, manufacturing costs can be reduced.
