PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light electronic device capable of preventing short-circuiting with a circuit board and ensuring electromagnetic shield effects. SOLUTION: The electronic device 10 includes a circuit board 11 having a land 24, connected to a ground pattern at least at one periphery of a plurality of screw holes 25; and a substrate packaging tool 12 for storing the circuit board 11, in an internal space S1 and electromagnetically shielding the circuit board 11. The substrate-packaging tool 12 includes a laminated woven fabric of a conductive woven fabric 12a, where a resin woven fabric is plated with a metal, and a nonconductive woven fabric 12b made of a resin woven fabric as a part for covering at least the side of the front 11a of the circuit board 11, and the nonconductive woven fabric 12b forming an inner surface is electrically connected to the conductive woven fabric 12a, and includes a connecting member made of a conductive yarn 60, having conductivity provided continuously, at a position corresponding to the land 24 on the surface of the nonconductive woven fabric 12b.
