PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag having self-standing ability by two surfaces. SOLUTION: The packaging bag 10 includes a pair of a front surface wall 11 connected by one side margin 11a and a rear surface wall 12 connected by one side margin 12a, a side surface wall 13 inward folded in two on the side of other side margins 11b and 12b and arranged between the front surface wall 11 and the rear surface wall 12, and a bottom surface wall 15 clogging the bottom part. The bottom surface wall 15 has longer sides 15a and 15b contacting the front surface wall 11 and the rear surface wall 12, and a bottom surface fold line 16 formed in the direction of the longer side. The shorter side 15c contacting the side margins 11a and 12a on one side is pinched between the front surface wall 11 and the rear surface wall 12 with the bottom surface fold line 16 inward folded in two for sealing. On the side of the shorter side 15d contacting the side suface wall 13, a boat-shaped fold part 17 folded in a boat shape so as to correspond to the fold line 13a of the side surface wall 13 is made by turning up the bottom surface fold line 16 in the direction opposite to the original folding direction and by changing the direction to the approximately perpendicular direction.
