The invention relates to a device that can be used to make gift parcels quickly and easily, whereby an object is covered with decorative sheets. The invention consists of a ring element (5) provided with two handles (8, 8') and a series of tabs (6) which: are connected to the ring (5), include a profiled portion (16) designed to shape the decorative sheets (1, 2) and can be moved by the user between a position at a distance from the centre of the ring and a position close thereto. According to the invention, the device is placed on a work surface, the decorative sheets are positioned thereon and the object is then disposed on top of the sheets. Next, the user lifts the device, while adjusting the position of the shaping portions (16) around the object if necessary, easily forming a gift parcel. The device is particularly suitable for use in making gift parcels. |
