The present invention relates to a grill for charcoal fire roasting, and more particularly, to a grill comprising: a rim member (11) which is installed over charcoal fire and the surface of which has a fat discharge path (11a); and a plurality of rib members (20) arranged in parallel to each other with a predetermined gap (S) therebetween, wherein both ends of each of the rib members are placed on and supported by the rim member (11). Each of the rib members (20) includes: an upper support portion (21) for supporting meat (F); fat guide surfaces (22) extending downward from the left and right lateral ends of the upper support portion (21), respectively, and opposite each other at lateral left and right sides to guide fat discharged from the meat (F) supported on the upper support portion (21) in the downward direction; and a fat receptacle portion (25) which is connected to the lower ends of the left and right fat guide surfaces (22) and which has an fat receiving groove (24) for receiving the fat of the meat flowing along the fat guide surfaces (22). The grill of the present invention is configured to prevent fat or the like discharged from the meat from directly falling onto the charcoal fire when the meat is roasted by the charcoal fire arranged below the meat, thereby preventing the production of smoke or flames caused by the burning of fat during meat roasting. |
