FABRIC PROCESSING METHOD FOR ENHANCING SPLITTABILITY AND CONTRACTION OF FIBER OF FABRIC COMPRISING NYLON/POLYESTER SPLITTABLE CONJUGATE FIBER

The present invention relates to a fabric processing method for enhancing splittability and contraction of fiber of fabric comprising a nylon/polyester splittable conjugate fiber, the method comprising: an introduction step (S1) for, after adjusting the temperature inside a dyeing device between 20 and 40°C, supplying water thereto, putting in the water 10-30 g/l of sodium hydroxide, 1-, 4 g/l of a foam inhibitor and 1-4 g/l of a bath softener, and putting in the resultant greige goods made from a nylon/polyester splittable conjugate fiber which has undergone thinning and scouring; a maturation step (S2) in which the greige goods is matured by slowly increasing the temperature inside the dyeing device, into which the greige goods was put in the introduction step (S1), to a temperature of between 90 and 120°C at a rate of from 0.5 to 2.0°C per minute, and then the inside of the dyeing device is maintained at a high temperature and a high pressure for between 30 and 60 minutes; a discharge step (S3) in which the temperature inside the dyeing device is slowly reduced to a temperature of between 55 and 65°C at a rate of from 0.5 to 2.0°C per minute, and then a solution comprising a mixture of water, sodium hydroxide, a foam inhibitor and a bath softener is discharged and the inside of the dyeing device is ventilated; a washing step (S4) in which the greige goods is washed by supplying water into the dyeing device for between 20 and 30 minutes; and a removal step (S5) in which the temperature inside the dyeing device is reduced at a rate of 2°C per minute, and then the greige goods is removed when the temperature reaches 40°C.
