<p>The invention relates to a medical instrument for an endoscope, comprising a flexible outer insertion tube (5) having a tubular wall with a proximal portion (6) to be coupled to an actuation substrate (3) and a distal portion (7) with an outlet section (8) and connected to a folding mechanism. The instrument comprises: an outer insertion tube (5) comprising closing systems (10, 11) for the proximal portion (6) and the distal portion (7) in order to delimit, inside same, a chamber (13) that communicates, on the distal portion side, with the outside of the tube via at least one opening (15) formed in the distal portion of the tubular wall and, on the proximal portion side, with a material supply source (19); a series of tubular channels (2Ii) mounted independently from each other inside the insertion tube (5) and passing through the chamber (13) and the closing systems (10, 11) so as to open into the outlet section (8) of the distal portion (7) of the tube.</p> |
