<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device by which a tool can be easily replaced. <P>SOLUTION: The packing device includes a web conveying conveyer for conveying a web made of a flexible packing material from an upstream position to a downstream position via a series of stations. The packing device comprises a molding station and a closing station, and each station comprises a balancing die member that is movable.
