PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility from the outside of an on-vehicle warning lamp including a rotary lamp and a speaker built in a globe body installed on a vehicle by eliminating a dark section in the globe body. SOLUTION: The globe body 2 is formed entirely in a transparent manner by forming each of a lower cover 4, a lateral pair of lamp covers 5 and a central speaker cover 6, which constitute the globe body 2, of a translucent synthetic resin material. A pair of inside and outside rotary lamps 16A and 16B is juxtaposed in a lamp chamber 7 of the lamp cover 5, and a reflecting wall 18 is erected between both. An outward reflecting surface 18a of the reflecting wall 18 reflects warning light from the outside rotary lamp 16A sideways of the vehicle, and an inward reflecting wall 18b thereof reflects warning light from the inside rotary lamp 16B toward a speaker chamber 8. The speaker 20 is disposed closer to the rear of the speaker chamber 8, and the speaker chamber 8 is isolated from the lamp chamber 7 by a transparent waterproof wall 9. The warning light from the inside rotary lamp 16B is transmitted by the speaker chamber 8 through the waterproof wall 9 to brightly illuminate the central front surface of the globe body 2.
