PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buzzer for generating a human voice or the like and a buzzer sound at heavy sound, at aligned sound volume and sound quality, and in a balanced manner without narrowing sound volume and arrival range of sound even when the buzzer is miniaturized. SOLUTION: This buzzer, using a buzzer element 1 and voice module 2, adjusts the difference between the sound pressure levels of the buzzer sound and human voice or the like, and balances them with each other. For controlling the switching between the buzzer sound and the human voice, a weak point where a buzzer element 1 used as a speaker is difficult to reproduce low frequency is reversely used.
