PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain trap device 1 capable of peeling off the hair or the like adhered to a flat perforated plate in a drain port satisfactorily while preventing drainage from flowing back and preventing sealing of drainage from being broken. SOLUTION: This drain trap device 1 includes a first drain port 5 for receiving the drainage flowing into it, a first drain passage 6 for letting the drainage flowing in through the first drain port 5 flow down, a second drain port 8 having the flat perforated plate 7 for filtering foreign matters and receiving the drainage flowing into it, a second drain passage 9 for letting the drainage flowing in through the second drain port 8 flow down, the drain port 10 for joining the drainage flowing down through the first drain passage 6 and the drainage flowing down through the second drain passage 9 mutually and draining the joined drainage on the downstream side, and an erected pipe 11 having a lower part 11a communicating with the first drain passage 6 and an upper part 11b arranged below the second drain port 8. A spiral drain hole 11e for supplying drainage into the lower side of the second drain port 8 spirally is provided on an upper part peripheral face of the erected pipe 11.
