PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel handkerchief with a rubber band obtained by making a handkerchief habitually carried around when going out have function other than that to dry hands so as to be usable as a convenient article of daily use. SOLUTION: The towel handkerchief with a rubber band is formed as follows: (a) forming a button hole (2) to each of two diagonal corners of a towel handkerchief (1); (b) passing a detachable belt (4) through both of one of the button holes (2) and the rubber band (3) simultaneously; (c) doing embroidery (5) and embroidery (6) on the towel handkerchief (1) at two places for eye parts and at one place for a nose part on the chance that the handkerchief is formed into a doll.
