PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slimming external preparation for the skin, which enables shape-up of human body parts prone to fat accumulation (e.g. abdomen, back, decollete, lymph node, thigh, calf, ankle, upper arm, neck, etc.) within a short time without using any oral agent, various slimming tools, etc. and without inducing any adverse effect such as allergy.
