PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footwear and footwear insole which are continuously used to form ideal walking or ideal posture and further to gradually improve lower-back pain or knee pain. SOLUTION: The footwear 1 is provided in the vicinity 3 of a toe placing part of a bottom 2 for placing a foot thereon with a toe placing recess 4 formed in a depth in which toes are allowed to be bent downward. The footwear includes a heel placing recess 6 formed higher than the toe placing recess 4 and placing a heel therein, in the vicinity 5 of a heel placing part of the bottom 2.
