PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel joint device which can certainly prevent mixing between distinct kinds of liquid with a simple configuration as well as a construction machine provided with the swivel joint device. SOLUTION: A swivel joint 36 which is arranged at the center of a slewing portion of a hydraulic shovel 2 contains a holder 38 which forms a cylindrical shape and a spindle 40 which forms a column shape which is rotatably fitted into the holder 38. The holder 38 includes, within the inner peripheral surface 58 thereof, fuel circular annulus grooves 60A, working fluid circular annulus grooves 60B and recovery circular annulus grooves 60C which extend in the peripheral direction and are disposed by mutually including space in axial direction of the holder 38. The holder 38 is configured so that the recovery circular annulus grooves 60C are arranged between a fuel region F containing the two fuel circular annulus grooves 60A and a working fluid region H containing the plurality of working fluid circular annulus grooves 60B and so that a recovery tank is connected via a recovery piping in each holder side port 62 in communication with the recovery circular annulus grooves 60C.
