A liquid nutrient medium for cultivation of mycoplasma contains mycoplasma broth with peptone, yeast extract, blood serum of homoiothermal animals, and glucose. “Saf-moment”, dry baker’s yeast with pH 7.7-7.9 are used as yeast extract, dry enzymatic peptone of “Synbiaz” production – as peptone, and additionally contains 10% arginine solution, 5% thallium acetate solution, sodium benzylpenicillin solution of 1000000 U, and phenol red solution. |
