The holder (1) has a cantilever arm (2) for holding a component i.e. cable, and an adhesive pad (3) provided with the bottom (4). An adhesive film (5) is arranged on the bottom of the adhesive pad for gluing the bottom on a structure (9) of an aircraft. A projection mechanism (6) is arranged on the bottom to adjust thickness (D) of the adhesive film between the bottom and the structure. The projection mechanism is formed as a lug of preset height arranged on a side of the bottom turned away from the cantilever arm. The mechanism is formed as an adhesive tape of preset thickness. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an adhesive holder.
