<p>A freeze drying system and methods are provided that incorporate a vacuum pump system, a vapor condenser, interconnection components, vacuum valves, and a controller. Multiple sample containers can be introduced to the system at separate times and for different processing profiles. The system is particularly well suited for consumer use in the home. The sample containers can be similar to those used to store food, such as leftovers, in a residential freezer.</p> |
