<p>A magnetic sensor and a method of manufacture thereof is provided to improve productivity by authorizing magnetic field toward one direction while only once heating substrate. A magnetic sensor(1) comprises a substrate(4), and a plurality of sensor bridge circuits. A sensor bridge circuit includes a pair of magnetic field detectors(2A, 2B) and a pair of the fixed resistors(3A, 3B) which are arranged in the top of the substrate. A pair of magnetic field detectors and a pair of fixed resistors are connected in order to form the bridge circuit. Each magnetic field detector is formed of a magnetoresistance effect element. The magnetization direction of magnetic field detectors intersects in three dimensional space. The substrate has a plurality of inclines. A normal direction of incline intersects in three dimensional space. A pair of magnetic field detectors of each the sensor bridge circuit is arranged in an identical incline.</p> |
