<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a high-performance LED light source device excelling in a color mixture property, small in color irregularity, excelling in luminous efficiency, and having a uniform characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the high-performance LED light source device includes: a process (M2) of mounting an LED element on a substrate; a process (M3) of applying a first resin member containing a first fluorescent substance by coating the LED element therewith; a process (M4) of partially hardening the first resin member around the LED element by making the LED element perform self-emission; and a process (M5) of forming a first fluorescent substance layer by removing an un-hardened part in the first resin member. In the method, a plurality of different fluorescent substance layers for covering the LED element can be laminated at optional thicknesses by repeating the process of forming the fluorescent substance layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
