PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotating electric machine with coils wound in a distributed manner from being enlarged. SOLUTION: The rotating electric machine 1 comprises a plurality of the coils 15 which are wound in a distributed manner onto slots 11a of a stator core 11. The coils 15 have twisted parts 15d which are twisted at coil ends 15a, 15b stretched between a plurality of the slots 11a.
