The present invention relates to a dentifrice composition comprising Polyethyleneglycol that is capable of providing relatively high warming effect during brushing while keeping the composition stable and does not allow it to solidify below sub-zero temperatures; and allowing the water-soluble actives present in the composition solubilised. The composition includes a selective combination of 50 to 65 weight% Polyethyleneglycol (or a derivative thereof), 2.5 to 15 weight% Glycerine and 5 to 7 weight% water.
