TECHNOLOGICAL PLANT FOR POLLUTION-FREE PLASMA PROCESSING OF SOLID DOMESTIC WASTE WITH FULL UTILIZATION OF PROCESSING BYPRODUCTS

In a technological plant, the pyrolysis gas produced in a plasma thermal reactor during the processing of solid domestic waste passes, after preliminary purification of said gas to remove dust and resin, to a chamber for sialon synthesis and for sintering sialon-based articles, from which chamber the gaseous product passes to a chamber for carbidizing blanks made from a silicometallic mixture, and the gas which remains unreacted in this chamber passes to a hydrogen membrane separation chamber. The pyrolysis gas, purified by sorption and with a portion of the fuel gas from the hydrogen separation chamber added thereto, passes to a gas turbine, which is connected to a waste heat recovery unit, from which steam is directed to a steam turbine in order to generate electrical energy. Liquid slag from the plasma thermal reactor is fed to a production line for manufacturing nanofibre, thermally insulating fabric and articles made therefrom. The technical result consists in increasing the effectiveness of solid domestic waste processing and extending the list of processing products produced.
