PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Synurus Deltoides rice cake containing dropwort and mugwort is provided to improve flavor and nutrition of rice cake and to ensure proper viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Synurus Deltoides rice cake containing dropwort and mugwort comprises: a step of preparing glutinous powder; a step of preparing Synurus Deltoides composition; a step of mixing and stirring glutinous rice dough and Synurus Deltoides composition to obtain mixture dough; and a step of molding and packing the mixture dough. The glutinous rice dough contains 10-20 weight% of glutinous powder, 8-14 weight% of glutinous starch, 6-8 weight% of dextrin, 8-12 weight% of sugar, 10-18 weight% of starch syrup, 0.5-1 weight% of emulsion stabilizer, 6-10 weight% of water, 3-9 weight% of butter, 2-4 weight% of peanut powder and 0.5-0.8 weight% of salt. |
